About Me

I am a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) offering in-person therapy in Toronto and virtual therapy across Ontario. My approach is emotionally attuned, relational, and grounded in psychodynamic, somatic, and attachment-based therapy. I support clients navigating burnout, emotional overwhelm, relationship patterns, self-doubt, life transitions, and deep emotional processing. My work is guided by curiosity, compassion, and respect for each person’s pace, creating space for greater clarity, connection, and meaningful change.

Approach

As the days get longer and life begins to shift, you might have a sense that something is ready to change. Even in the warmer seasons, it is common to feel uncertain, stuck, burned out, or disconnected. Therapy can help you make sense of what you are experiencing and create room for something new. My approach is emotionally attuned, relational, and compassionate. I support clients in exploring experiences, reconnecting with their bodies, and finding greater clarity in what feels meaningful. I invite you to reach out for a complimentary consultation and see if this space feels like the right fit for you. Your needs guide the process.
