About Me

I am a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) in Yorkville, Ontario, Canada. I help you manage anxiety, stress and burnout, mood disorders, and relationship issues using ACT, psychodynamic, and somatic psychotherapy.

Approach

When you’re unsettled and unsure, sessions focus on gentle curiosity and practical steps that help clarify what matters to you and how your body shows up in those moments. From my downtown Toronto office or through secure video throughout Ontario, we work in English at a pace that respects busy lives—sometimes with between-session practices to notice sensations, try small experiments, or track choices. Therapy blends close attention to feeling patterns with short, value-guided experiments so you leave with clearer options and small, sustainable shifts. This approach often fits people juggling stress, relationships, or burnout.
