verified by TherapyRoute

Jungian‑oriented psychotherapist helping clients work through anxiety, relationship patterns and major life transitions. I offer a reflective and supportive space to explore inner processes and build a stronger sense of self.

About Me

I am a psychologist and Jungian‑oriented psychotherapist with a Master’s degree in Psychology and over five years of private practice experience. I work with adults who experience anxiety, emotional instability, relationship difficulties and important life transitions. My approach is based on analytical (Jungian) psychology and depth‑oriented psychotherapy. In therapy I create a safe and confidential space where we can explore emotions, recurring life patterns and inner conflicts. My goal is to help clients develop deeper self‑understanding, emotional balance and a stronger inner foundation for life.

Approach

My work is based on Jungian and depth‑oriented psychotherapy. In therapy we explore emotions, unconscious patterns and recurring life situations that may influence present difficulties. I provide a reflective and supportive space where clients can better understand themselves, work through anxiety and relationship challenges, and develop a stronger inner foundation for life.
