Approach
My sessions combine focused assessment with paced, practical therapy tailored to each person’s developmental profile. Based in Cape Town, I meet in English, Afrikaans or Dutch and offer remote appointments when life or distance makes that easier. Together we map learning and emotional patterns, set small achievable goals, practise skills in-session and track progress between meetings with brief check-ins. This way of working tends to help parents, adolescents and adults who want clear understanding and usable strategies.
