I believe everyone has the ability to feel better, more focused, and more confident. My mission is to help people gain the skills to feel better today and the tools they need to face challenges in the future. I’ve spent my career bringing relief, compassion, and understanding to people looking for evidence-based, research-informed solutions to live better lives. With a focus on the here and now, I work with people on short-term treatment plans for issues like insomnia and ADHD.

I specialize in recovery oriented, evidence-based practices, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Insomnia (CBTi), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). I believe the best approach is personalized to you, providing counseling, tools, and coping strategies to feel better and gain control of your thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. Individual Therapy: Therapy sessions can uncover a more focused, grounded you. Whether you’re living with depression, anxiety, or worry, or looking to feel more confident in your daily life and decisions, I’m here to help.

Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT): is a research-backed approach to talk therapy, providing concrete and proven tools and coping skills for treating various mental health concerns. Together, we’ll focus on your mindset and how you can shift the behaviors and feelings within your control.

Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Insomnia (CBTi): Do you have trouble falling asleep? Staying asleep? Have you had sleep difficulties for three or more days a week, for three or more months? You may have insomnia. I specialize in helping adults with chronic insomnia through CBTi, often in 6-10 sessions of short-term treatment.
