Ms Guraksha Pabreja

Registered Psychotherapist

Guraksha is a trained psychotherapist that works with Adolescents and adults. Guraksha is intent on fostering cultural competency, equity, and inclusion for her clients. Guraksha utilizes elements from the client-centered approach, strength-based approach, and DBT individualized to her client’s needs.

About Me

Guraksha creates a welcoming space where adolescents and adults feel truly seen. She is dedicated to fostering cultural competency, equity, and inclusion, ensuring a safe and understanding environment. Guraksha thoughtfully blends approaches like DBT and strength-based work, individualising each session to your unique needs. This allows clients to explore challenges and build on their strengths in a way that genuinely resonates.

Approach

When people arrive seeking clarity, sessions are shaped around your immediate concerns with steady pacing, brief check-ins, and attention to cultural context. I offer therapy from a New Delhi office or online, in English or Hindi/Urdu, and we co-design small experiments—DBT-informed skill practice, strength-mapping, or focused safety planning—that you can try between meetings. I balance gentle reflection with pragmatic skill-building so the work feels both validating and useful. This way often helps young people, adults, and couples managing stress, relationships, or intense emotions.
