About Us
We are a mental health organisation in Nobbys Creek, NSW, Australia. We offer counselling, addiction counselling and group therapy for individuals and families. We run scheduled individual sessions and regular group programs in person and online.
Approach
Close enough to the Gold Coast for family visits but far enough for quiet reflection, we shape care around each person’s rhythm and readiness.
