An experienced Psychological counselor working with all ages, dealing with clients struggling to cope with personal , educational , family and work related issues causing anxiety , stress and depression

About Me

I guide individuals of all ages through the challenges that lead to anxiety, stress, and depression. Whether facing personal, educational, family, or work-related issues, you don't have to cope alone. I offer a collaborative space where we can explore these struggles together, making sense of difficult feelings. My aim is to help you build resilience and discover practical strategies for a more balanced daily life.

Approach

Working with clients at different life stages, I focus on practical steps and clear thinking to ease overwhelming feelings and restore everyday functioning. In Malelane I offer sessions in English, siSwati or isiZulu and can meet face-to-face or online, creating a calm, structured setting where we explore patterns, use brief assessments when helpful, and practice coping skills between meetings. Sessions move at your pace, blending listening, reflection and hands-on tasks. People facing family, school or work strain often find this steady, practical approach useful.
