Ms Gugu Gigaba

Clinical Psychologist

I am mental health service provider based in Durban KZN. I work with clients who want to experience a full, expansive, joyful life. My role is to help you navigate life's challenges, and facilitate necessary transformations that can enable you to be best you can possibly be.

About Me

I help clients cultivate a truly full, expansive, and joyful life. We explore what challenges you, uncovering inner resources and strengths. I help guide necessary transformations, so you can be your best self. If you seek genuine growth and lasting well-being, I offer a supportive space to move forward. This approach helps you build resilience for life's journey.

Approach

To make growth practical and steady, I blend curious listening with clear, small steps so you can test new ways of coping and notice real shifts. Sessions in Berea or online, in English or isiZulu, are paced to your rhythm—sometimes focused and skills-based, other times slower and trauma-informed—so we attend to mood, anxiety, stress and relational patterns without rushing. I often set short between-session practices to consolidate changes and track what helps. This way of working suits adults seeking dependable, lasting change.
