About Me

I bring over two decades of dedicated experience to helping couples strengthen their bonds. Drawing on Gottman and Imago training, I guide partners to transform frustrations into respectful understanding. My diverse life experience and 40-year marriage deeply inform my work. We can explore communication patterns using practical, evidence-based tools. I offer a grounded space where couples can renew their relationship and build lasting connection.

Approach

Starting sessions by slowing heated moments, I help partners map interaction patterns and notice what keeps them stuck. Whether we meet in Hastings, across Hawkes Bay, or online, work is practical, steady and scheduled to fit busy lives. We practice brief, focused conversations, try simple exercises between sessions, and track small shifts so change feels real. Couples committed to steady, hands-on work tend to find this approach most helpful.
