About Me

I am a clinical psychologist and Homoeopathic Doctor based in Shah Wali Colony, Punjab, Pakistan. I help adolescents and adults with addiction, anxiety, relationship problems, and conduct or behavioural issues. I offer psychometric testing, psych and diagnostic assessments, climate grief support, and conflict management to guide practical next steps.

Approach

Drawing on psychological and homoeopathic perspectives, I orient sessions toward practical change and curious exploration rather than quick fixes. Working from Wah and online in English, Urdu and Punjabi, I keep sessions structured yet flexible—short experiments, reflective dialogue, and paced exploration of patterns between meetings. I combine assessment-informed focus with clear, measurable steps and regular check-ins so progress feels tangible and humane. This way of working often suits adolescents and adults navigating addiction, anxiety, relationship strain or behavioural challenges.
