About Me
Approach
I am a trainee counsellor working towards qualification in person-centred counselling.
We all face moments in life where things feel difficult, confusing, or overwhelming. You might be struggling with anxiety, low self-esteem, relationship challenges, or perhaps you're unsure exactly what’s wrong — only that something doesn’t feel quite right. Whatever your reason for seeking support, I am here to listen, to walk alongside you, and to help you explore your experience in a safe and confidential setting.
At the heart of my approach is the belief that you are the expert in your own life. My role isn’t to give advice or direct you, but to create a space where you feel truly heard, valued, and accepted for who you are. I work with empathy, authenticity, and respect, trusting in your capacity to grow and find your own answers when the conditions are right.
