Mrs Ghaliya Amin

Counselor (Unregistered)

I’m a trainee counsellor working within the person-centred approach. I offer a compassionate, non-judgemental space where you can talk freely, at your own pace, about whatever is on your mind. I work under professional supervision and adhere to the ethical framework of the BACP.

About Me

I am a counselor (unregistered) and a registered psychologist based in Edgbaston, West Midlands, UK. I work with people on career and family issues, online therapy, personal development, and self-esteem. I offer psychometric testing to guide confidential sessions that help you take clear steps forward.

Approach

I am a trainee counsellor working towards qualification in person-centred counselling.

We all face moments in life where things feel difficult, confusing, or overwhelming. You might be struggling with anxiety, low self-esteem, relationship challenges, or perhaps you're unsure exactly what’s wrong — only that something doesn’t feel quite right. Whatever your reason for seeking support, I am here to listen, to walk alongside you, and to help you explore your experience in a safe and confidential setting.

At the heart of my approach is the belief that you are the expert in your own life. My role isn’t to give advice or direct you, but to create a space where you feel truly heard, valued, and accepted for who you are. I work with empathy, authenticity, and respect, trusting in your capacity to grow and find your own answers when the conditions are right.
