About Me

I am a Counseling Psychologist registered in Counseling Psychology and based in Woodmead, Gauteng, South Africa. I treat life transitions, anxiety, mood disorders, stress and LGBTQI+ concerns using Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT).

Approach

I most work from an acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT) frame. ACT helps people accept internal experiences such as thoughts and feelings. The aim is to align behaviour with chosen values to live a meaningful life.
