“I aim to provide an honest, thoughtful and non-judgmental space where you can speak openly, even about things you've never shared before. Together, we'll make sense of what you're experiencing and develop a practical way forward.”

About Me

As a Clinical Psychologist with over eight years' experience, trained at NIMHANS, AIIMS, PGIMER, and GMCH Chandigarh, I offer evidence-based psychological care for individuals, adolescents and adults. My doctoral research examined how adolescent social media use shapes mental health and wellbeing and this continues to inform how I work with young people and the adults supporting them, alongside my broader clinical work with adults on anxiety, mood, stress and relationship concerns.

Approach

Many of the people I work with have been managing their struggles on their own for a long time, until the effort of coping becomes more overwhelming than the problem itself. First thing that happens in sessions is that I truly listen and together we work out what is really going on, not just symptoms but also what is keeping them in place. I'll then share my clinical understanding with you openly, so we can decide together on the most appropriate approach based on your needs and preferences. Many of the difficulties people bring to therapy cannot be resolved in just six sessions and I believe in being honest about that. Rather than promising quick fixes, we'll focus on meaningful, lasting change.
