A compassionate and experienced Philosophical Counsellor helping individuals in "looking inwards" through "thinking exercises" to find answers to their problems springing from everyday living.

About Me

I am a Philosophical Counsellor based in Chandigarh, Gurgaon, Bangalore, Mumbai and Pune and globally. I help individuals come to understanding of oneself and what keeps one from experiencing one's life in the most fulfilling way. Some of the key areas in which I have an expertise are - Understanding oneself, self-reflection, understanding blocks in pursuit of one's goals, addressing relationship issues, working on one's communication. Manage anger, and cope with ADHD, conduct issues, and career challenges. I offer counselling therapy sessions virtually and in-person. All the sessions remain confidential.

Approach

I understand and respect the courage it takes to come for counselling and my aim is to provide you with a safe space and support you on your way forward. The goal of these sessions is to bring one to find resolutions to one’s issues from within. The aim is to bring one to become more aware and educate one in effective ways of thinking, so if a problem arises again, one has better tools for dealing with it on their own.
