About Us
We are a Newtown, Pennsylvania practice with a licensed Clinical Psychologist on staff. We provide clinical supervision, psychological and diagnostic assessment, child and adolescent therapy, and family therapy.
Approach
We meet with families, adolescents, and adults in sessions that focus on noticing patterns in thoughts, behavior, relationships and day-to-day routines and then testing small changes in those routines between sessions. In conversation we use clear, practical steps so clients can try different coping choices at home, at school or work, and then bring back what worked and what felt hard. Over time change shows up as fewer reactive moments, steadier mood, and clearer choices when stressful situations arise. This way of working often suits people who want practical, purposeful change in daily life.
