Gabriella Gandi, M.Couns

Integrative Psychotherapist

In my therapy practice, I hold space for you to explore your inner intricacies, clarify your authentic values, and tune in to who you are becoming. Together, we will work through any fears or limiting beliefs that come up during the process, and make space for the truth of who you are.

About Me

Over the years, I have made countless attempts and trialled various methods to get clear on my life purpose. Some of them straight out flopped, others worked for a while but then didn’t, and a select few had become my most trusted companions in my journey of accessing clarity. Along the way, I left a career that wasn’t fulfilling my soul, went on a completely different pathway, and created Fulfilled Within Counselling & Psychotherapy to guide others as they embark on their own journey towards a more meaningful and purposeful life.

Approach

My therapy approach is relational, which means I meet my clients where they’re at and tailor my approach to suit their needs. A therapy session with me could look very different from one client to another. In the past, I’ve received feedback that my style is empathetic, thoughtful, and grounded. These are at the heart of what I offer my clients, as I guide them in navigating confusion & self-doubt so they can move towards clarity and ease.
