About Me

Over the past 6 years, I have made countless attempts and trialled various methods to get clear on my life purpose. Some of them straight out flopped, others worked for a while but then didn’t, and a select few had become my most trusted companions in my journey of accessing clarity. Along the way, I left a career that wasn’t fulfilling my soul, went on a completely different pathway, and created Clarity Counselling to guide others as they embark on their own journey towards a more meaningful and purposeful life.

Approach

I believe that the truth emerges when we restore the connection between our mind, body, and soul. Within our sessions, I use somatic (mind-body connection) modalities, attachment theory, and intuitive counselling. Additionally, I utilise Human Design to draw insights about how you can access clarity in your own unique way.
