About Me

I am a Licensed Clinical Psychologist based in Tudor, Coast, Kenya. I treat abuse, addiction, and family issues using ACT, coaching, advocacy, and family therapy. I provide confidential online therapy for individuals and families across Kenya.

Approach

Helping young people and parents has shaped how I guide therapy—practical, steady, and aimed at small, sustainable changes. In Mombasa I offer sessions in English or Kiswahili and provide confidential online slots that fit school timetables and family routines. Sessions move between brief experiential work, clear behavioural steps you can try between meetings, and focused assessment to track what’s shifting; I also support navigation of school or service systems when needed. This way often works well for adolescents facing trauma, substance use, or career choices and the families supporting them.
