With nearly two decades in mental health, I support individuals, couples, and families. I specialise in Emotionally Focused Therapy, helping you rebuild trust and intimacy. We work together to navigate parenting struggles, or to manage anxiety and trauma. My approach offers a safe space to explore emotions, fostering resilience and connection. Clients find practical ways to address concerns and move towards greater well-being.

Approach

Using an attachment-based, trauma-informed framework and Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), I help clients process emotional pain, break negative communication cycles, and rebuild meaningful connections. I provide a warm, compassionate, and culturally sensitive space where you can feel safe to explore your emotions, gain insights, and take steps towards meaningful change.
