Faith

Ms Faith Dulin, MSc

Psychotherapist

As a relationship specialist, I support individuals, couples, and families decrease conflict and increase connection through effective communication and conflict resolution.

About Me

Are you happy? Happy with yourself, where you are in life and in your relationships with others? If not, I'd like to help. I have a straight-forward, warm, yet direct approach to working with clients who want to build self-awareness and identify their stuck points. There are things we don't always see on our own and I'd like to support you in making the choices and changes that get you relief and joy.

Approach

I seek to understand you and your context: family of origin, background, culture, social identity, roles in life, etc. As we discover the influential factors that have shaped you, we can compassionately challenge the automatic thoughts, feelings and behaviors that no longer serve you and replace them with more authentic and effective approaches.
