I help adolescents navigate the complexities of school, friendships, and their future. When performance dips or identity feels uncertain, we can explore these challenges together. I offer a supportive space to understand feelings, develop coping strategies, and build confidence. My approach equips young people with practical strategies. This helps them make sense of their experiences and find their own path forward.
Approach
Working with adolescents around education, adjustment and identity, I structure sessions to translate worries into clear, manageable steps. Based in Nairobi I offer in-person and online meetings in English, Kiswahili, Amharic or German to suit school schedules and family rhythms. Sessions combine brief, targeted assessment, reflective conversation and practical homework—short experiments to try between meetings and occasional school-focused feedback—paced to build skills and restore momentum.
