About Me

I work in English, Russian, and Czech. I support clients who feel overwhelmed, disconnected, or stuck in unfamiliar life situations. Through cognitive-behavioural approach, I help you gain clarity, regulate emotions, and develop practical strategies for coping and personal growth.

Approach

My approach is structured, collaborative, and focused on real-life change. I work in Prague and online in English, Czech, and Russian, helping clients transform understanding into practical steps. Sessions combine work with your feelings, emotions, cognitions, behavior, reflection, and ongoing adjustment based on day-to-day outcomes, especially when working with anxiety, anger, and burnout.

I work with adults experiencing major life challenges and emotional difficulties, including life crises such as divorce, loss, and relocation; periods of uncertainty, disorientation, and loss of meaning; anxiety, fears, and phobias; low self-esteem and lack of self-confidence; difficulties in emotional expression and regulation; stress and acute emotional states; anger management issues and fear of conflict; decision-making dilemmas; and challenges in interpersonal relationships and social adaptation.

    A goal-oriented practice focused on identifying objectives, overcoming obstacles, and taking action, centred on the present and future rather than past difficulties.

    An initial meeting with a therapist to discuss concerns, ask questions, and determine whether they are the right fit.

  • Free Consultation

    A no-cost initial session to meet the therapist, discuss needs, and decide whether they are the right fit before committing.

  • Counselling

    A form of talk therapy providing a safe, confidential space to explore feelings, thoughts, and behaviours with a trained professional.
