Mrs Eve Tesluk

Psychotherapist (Registered)

As an experienced art therapist and psychotherapist, I can help you work through issues that you might fail to find words for.

About Me

I offer a space where you can explore complex feelings beyond words. As an art therapist, I guide you to express experiences using creative methods. This can help you gain clarity when verbal explanations feel insufficient. This approach is ideal for anyone struggling to articulate their inner world. We work together to make sense of what's happening, building understanding at your own pace.

Approach

If finding words feels impossible, sessions focus on using art and reflection to surface feelings quietly and safely. In my Guelph office or online, we move at a gentle pace—brief art experiments, noticing what emerges, and reflecting together between meetings when that supports learning. For concerns like body image, eating, anxiety or life transitions, I help you track patterns in images and small actions so insights become embodied and useful. This hands-on, exploratory pace often feels grounding for adolescents and adults alike.
