About Us

I offer a supportive space to explore your experiences. I help you tell your unique story, especially when facing depression, anxiety, racial trauma, or grief. Using narrative and solution-focused therapies, we can give voice to what feels overwhelming. This approach is particularly helpful if you seek clarity and a way forward. We can work together to understand your challenges and find new perspectives.

Approach

Building on the clarity we find together, we move into practical, paced sessions that centre your experiences and chosen goals. In our Waterloo practice and online, English sessions feel collaborative and focused — we use brief experiments, reflective writing, and grounding techniques to navigate anxiety, grief, racial pain and life transitions. Between meetings we may set small, achievable steps and check-ins so progress stays tangible and adjustments can be made. This approach often suits adults facing cultural, career, or relational shifts who want steady, respectful change.
