About Me

Therapy offers a vital space to cultivate skills for navigating life's challenges. The process can be demanding, yet it aims to strengthen your ability to cope and thrive. We work together to explore patterns and develop practical strategies. This collaborative journey helps you discover inner resilience. It equips clients to face future uncertainties with greater confidence and a deeper capacity for life.

Approach

Believing therapy should strengthen practical survival skills, I structure sessions to be steady, pragmatic and gently challenging so new responses stick. From my Germiston practice, meeting in English, we meet regularly and move between careful reflection and hands-on tasks you can try between sessions. I tend to map patterns around relationships, transitions, anger and self-worth, using focused questions, feedback and simple experiments to build clearer choices. This way of working often suits adolescents, adults and couples facing change or recovery.
