Stop performing. Start being. If you're exhausted from performing a role for everyone else, i offer a steady space to slow down and finally be yourself. Whether you feel stuck or simply tired of your own patterns, we'll work together to understand what's happening beneath the surface.

About Me

"I believe that the patterns we find ourselves stuck in today are often survival strategies that worked for us in the past, but are now getting in our way. My journey as a psychologist has been defined by witnessing the profound resilience of the human spirit—from supporting survivors of complex trauma at PCVC to helping professionals navigate the quiet, daily weight of anxiety and burnout. This professional depth is balanced by my personal belief in the power of 'grounding.' Just as I find clarity while tending to my plants or getting lost in a book, I help my clients find their own sense of rootedness. I don't just want to help you 'cope' with your day; I want to help you understand yourself deeply enough to start making choices that actually feel like yours."

Approach

"I see therapy as a way of exploring the 'unwritten rules' we’ve been living by—scripts shaped by our families, our culture, and our histories. My work is relational and grounded in Transactional Analysis (TA), which means we won't just look at your symptoms; we’ll look at how you move through the world and why you might feel stuck in certain emotional loops. I work collaboratively and at a pace that feels safe, helping you rewrite the stories that no longer serve you. I specifically enjoy supporting adults navigating: The Weight of Expectations: Feeling like you must be 'perfect' or 'on' for everyone else. Relational Loops: Realizing you keep ending up in the same difficult dynamics in your personal or professional life. Life Transitions & Identity: Navigating the shifts that come with career changes, loss, or cultural pressures. High-Functioning Anxiety: That constant internal hum of worry, even when everything looks 'fine' on the outside."
