Ms Erica Hannagan, BSc

Psychotherapist (Registered)

Treating Self and Interpersonal Functioning. Intensive focus helps you build your capacity to experience honest feelings in the present for healing.

About Me

I am a registered psychotherapist (NMW0001084897) practising in Armadale, Victoria. I provide psych and diagnostic assessments. I offer online therapy for anxiety, relationship issues, mood disorders and stress or burnout.

Approach

Intensive focus becomes practical in our sessions: I slow the pace so you can notice present sensations, moments of defensiveness and the ways you show up for others. From my Armadale consulting room and online in English, I listen for repeating relational patterns, gently name what’s happening and offer observations that link feeling, history and current choices. Between sessions I may suggest short experiments to try new responses and increase tolerance for uncomfortable feeling. This approach fits people wanting clearer, steadier contact with themselves and their relationships.
