About Me

I am an Associate Psychologist based in Nairobi, Central Kenya. I help adolescents and adults through individual therapy and psychological diagnostic assessments for relationship issues, abuse recovery, mood disorders, and forgiveness.

My practice focuses on empowering clients to understand and navigate their challenges, whether they involve relationship issues, abuse, or mood disorders. With a foundation in psychology from esteemed Kenyan institutions, I offer individual and adolescent therapy, as well as corporate workshops. In my counseling practice we work collaboratively with my clients to understand the root cause of the presenting problem. I use eclectic approach which implies I use several theoretical approaches in helping my clients. I educate clients on the issues and mental health disorders affecting them and the possible treatment plans. I believe each person is capable of living a full-filling life and achieving mental well-being.
