Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying)

Are you feeling overwhelmed with anxiety, people pleasing, perfectionism, life transitions, or a lost sense of self? As a therapist, I firmly believe that the journey toward a better life shouldn’t be out of reach. Change is possible, and there is hope, along with answers waiting to be discovered.

About Me

If you feel overwhelmed by anxiety, people-pleasing, or a lost sense of self, I offer a supportive space. We can explore these challenges together, understanding what lies beneath these patterns. My approach helps you find clarity and practical steps for navigating life transitions. You can discover new ways forward, believing a better path is always within reach. Expect a calm, collaborative environment where your unique answers emerge.

Approach

When patterns of anxiety, perfectionism, or people-pleasing feel heavy, I lean into practical, curiosity-led work that helps you notice what matters and take small, steady steps toward it. I offer appointments in English from my Hamilton practice and online, keeping sessions paced to your needs and life demands. Sessions blend focused reflection, brief experiential practice, and real-world experiments to build clarity between sessions and gentle momentum. This way of working often fits adults seeking grounded, values-driven change during transitions or burnout recovery.
