About Me

Integrative Psychotherapist and Trainee Art Therapist with nine years’ experience supporting mental wellbeing, including four years within the NHS. Experience working with a wide range of experiences, including depression, anxiety, self-esteem issues, complex trauma, sexual and domestic abuse, psychosis, eating disorders, gender dysphoria and neurodiversity, as well as complex personality, relationship and emotional difficulties. A relational and personable approach with the opportunity to integrate seven arts forms and elements from nature into therapy sessions.

Approach

Incorporating an anti-oppressive stance through collaborative and relational working, tailored to fit the unique needs of each individual. A particular interest in working with people that may have been underserved by the current status quo of mental health support, including people from the Global Majority, LGBTQIA+ community, neurodivergent individuals and those with disabilities. An integrative approach drawing from Eco- and Arts Therapy, Psychodynamic, Jungian, Existential, Person-Centred, Somatic, Mindfulness, IFS and CAT practices. Working collaboratively with each client to explore how past difficulties might be impacting the present moment. Offering talking therapy, as well as the use of seven art forms (sand tray, painting, poetry, sculpture, puppetry, movement/dance and drama) and elements from nature in each session.
