Integrative Psychotherapist

I help high-functioning and self-aware expats struggling with anxiety, trauma, and burnout get unstuck, find clarity, meaning, and reconnection with themselves through existential, somatic, and trauma-informed approach.

About Me

Most of my clients are expats, high-achieving and highly sensitive individuals, who function well on the outside, but feel anxious, exhausted, or disconnected on the inside. Life may look “successful,” but something feels missing, muted, or out of alignment. My clients are usually highly self-aware, but struggle with anxiety, burnout, relational challenges (i.e., boundaries, and people pleasing tendencies), and life transitions, among others. Through a collaborative, compassionate, and trauma-informed approach, I can help you explore your patterns, build trust with yourself and others, and move toward a life that feels meaningful, embodied, and connected with who you truly are. Originally from Poland, I have lived and worked across multiple countries, continents, and cultures. This cross-cultural experience has laid the groundwork for the way I guide expats and those who struggle with issues of belonging, identity, and meaning. Since 2018 I have worked in multiple international Psychology and Psychiatry clinical and research settings, specializing in cross-cultural trauma and Neurogeriatric Psychiatry. Throughout the years of personal and professional development, I have turned to increasingly more holistic and all-encompassing models of healing. I work online with clients across Europe and internationally.

Approach

My work is grounded in existential, relational, and trauma-informed perspectives, drawing on humanistic and somatic approaches, including body awareness and Internal Family Systems. I believe healing happens through a meaningful therapeutic relationship where you feel seen, understood, and met with care. I offer a warm, non-judgmental space to explore your inner world with honesty and curiosity, working collaboratively at your pace and guided by what feels most important to you. I take a non-pathologizing approach, focusing on meaning, identity, choice, and the impact of early experiences and relationships. I also attend to the nervous system and the body, recognizing healing as emotional, relational, and embodied. My style is compassionate, reflective, and gently challenging, supporting you in building self-trust, emotional safety, and new ways of relating to yourself and others. I am currently in training for the Internal Family Systems Somatic Trauma Thrapy and Psychedelic Integration, both of which I incorporate in my practice.
