About Me
I support children and adults navigating the lasting impact of traumatic experiences. When past events cast long shadows, finding a path forward can feel overwhelming. My aim is to create a genuinely safe space where you can gently explore challenging memories. We work together, at your own pace, to make sense of what happened. This collaborative approach helps you build resilience and move towards a calmer, more hopeful future.
Approach
When past harms have shaped daily life, I guide therapy through small, steady steps that honour your pace and choices. In sessions in Gqeberha or online, in English or Afrikaans, we use conversation, play, and practical grounding to address the body’s memory of events and to repair relationships strained by trauma. Between appointments I may suggest short, doable practices to reinforce new skills and safety. This way of working often suits children, couples and adults seeking steady, collaborative change.
