I am a white, non binary, trans femme, queer, non disabled, poly amorous person. I offer telehealth and outdoor in person.

About Me

I work with trans, non-binary, and non-cis individuals and their loved ones, helping them navigate life’s complexities. Our work is grounded in a trauma-informed, anti-oppressive approach, ensuring a truly affirming space. As a queer, non-binary, trans femme, polyamorous person, I bring lived understanding to our sessions. Whether online or outdoors, I offer a sex and kink affirming environment where you can explore openly and feel understood.

Approach

We move from gentle listening into practical, paced work that centers your goals and bodily safety while honoring queer and relational realities. Sessions happen via video or in-person walks around San Diego, in English or Spanish, with room for pauses, homework experiments, and check-ins between appointments. I weave trauma-aware tools, relational mapping, and curiosity about desire to help untangle anxiety, grief, identity shifts, and relationship patterns in ways that feel manageable and grounded. This approach tends to suit people seeking affirming, paced collaboration.
