Elizabeth Idowu
Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying)
“Black, female therapist providing a safe space where my clients can feel seen and heard, as they embark on a journey towards peace, progress and healing.”
About Me
As a Black, female therapist, I foster a truly safe space for you. Here, your unique story is genuinely heard. Every part of you feels welcome, without judgment. We will gently explore your experiences together, moving at your own pace. This collaborative approach helps you navigate your personal journey towards peace, progress, and lasting healing. You will feel fully supported.
Approach
In sessions I listen closely, mirror what matters to you, and ask gentle questions that help you name thoughts and feelings. We set small, realistic steps together and I offer faith-informed reflections when that aligns with your beliefs. Between meetings I may suggest brief practices, reading, or simple check-ins to keep momentum and help new ways of coping settle into daily life. Change comes from steady, supported practice and ongoing adjustment so you feel more grounded and clear over time.
