Mrs Elizabeth Davis

Licensed Professional Clinical Counselors

Couples are our passion. We offer dating, pre-marital, marriage, affair recovery, divorce recovery counseling. We offer EMDR for trauma.

About Me

We understand relationships evolve, from early dating to navigating shifts like divorce or affair recovery. Our passion is helping couples navigate these complexities. We create a supportive space to explore communication and rebuild connection. For those with past hurts, we also offer EMDR to gently process trauma. This helps you move forward with greater peace, strengthening your bond together for a resilient future.

Approach

When couples arrive feeling stuck after betrayals, new life stages, or recurring conflict, I help slow the pace so we can map what matters most. In sessions we alternate practical communication work with paced emotional processing, using grounding, focused imagination, and tailored trauma tools to clear the things that keep repeating. Between sessions I offer simple practices to try at home and check-ins when needed so gains stick. This approach tends to suit partners ready to do honest, steady work together.
