About Me
Approach
My counseling is person-centered and systems-based, i.e. I take someone's different backgrounds into account while also recognizing that each person is unique. I utilize techniques from emotion-focused therapy (EFT) to invite deeper processing and self-reflection in session. I also provide psychoeducation for coping skills based on CBT and DBT.
