About Me

I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor based in Oasi, Crete, Greece. I work with you through life transitions, LGBTQI+ concerns, low self-esteem, relationship strain, and parenting challenges. I provide advocacy, dream analysis, supervision, and group therapy in a confidential setting.

Approach

In my therapy practice, I follow a Humanistic Integrative approach called NDI, ie a Non-Directive Intervention Method. With LGBTQI+ clients I use the affirmative model. For parental consultation and training, I use the Thomas Gordon Methodology of Parent Effectiveness Model. In trauma sessions, I use a combination of mindfulness techniques and inner-child work. Feel free to contact me via phone/email for an appointment.
