About Me

I am a licensed psychologist offering a thoughtful, integrative approach to working with individuals who are seeking clarity, understanding, and meaningful change. My work is grounded in Transactional Analysis and informed by reflective, awareness-based practices that support both emotional insight and healing. I work with people navigating transitions, questions of identity or direction, relationship challenges, and periods of uncertainty. Many of my clients are high-functioning individuals who want to better understand themselves, their patterns, and what truly matters to them at this stage of life. My style is collaborative, calm, and attentive. I aim to create a safe, respectful space where complexity can be explored without pressure or judgment. Together, we focus on increasing self-awareness, reducing internal confusion, and supporting choices that feel aligned and authentic. In addition to traditional psychological work, I also offer reflective consultations focused on clarity and perspective (distinct from therapy), for those who are not seeking clinical treatment but value professional, depth-oriented support. Sessions are available in person and online.

Approach

To uncover the patterns that silently shape your days, I map communication habits and emotional triggers in focused, practical sessions that balance reflection with small behavioural experiments. Sessions are conversational but structured, short-term goals set, real-life interactions rehearsed, and insights framed in English or Italian, in-person in Washington or via secure online meetings. Between sessions I offer brief, actionable reflections and coaching-style tasks to test new ways of relating. This approach suits adults, couples, teams who want clear, steady progress.
