Ms EIRINI LYMPINAKI

Psychoanalytic Psychotherapist

Psychologist and Child and Adolescent Psychoanalytic Psychotherapist, working with children, adolescents, young adults and parents.

About Me

I offer a thoughtful space for children, adolescents, young adults, and parents to explore their inner world. My work as a psychoanalytic psychotherapist helps individuals and families. We make sense of complex feelings and underlying patterns. For younger clients, I guide them in understanding their experiences. Parents also find support in navigating family dynamics. Together, we build understanding, finding new ways forward and fostering lasting emotional well-being.

Approach

Working with young people and parents, I focus on how feelings show up in daily life and relationships, creating a steady, reflective space where questions are explored rather than hurried. Sessions in Athens or online move at a pace we agree on: playful, sensory activities with children, conversational and reflective work with adolescents, and practical collaboration with parents between meetings. Assessments and ongoing therapy attend to patterns around anxiety, mood, eating and trauma, linking small session moments to clearer choices at home and school. This way of working suits families seeking thoughtful, lasting shifts.
