About Me

My experience as a Clinical Psychologist is complemented by training in Parent-Infant Psychotherapy and more than 15 years of prior corporate experience in Financial Services and Management Consulting.

Approach

My therapeutic approach is integrative, drawing on various psychological modalities such as CBT, DBT and attachment theory. At all times, your unique context, needs and lived experience remain at the core of your therapeutic journey. I offer therapy in-person and online. I am available on weekdays between 7:30am and 6:30pm SAST.

I also support entrepreneurs and executives as they navigate the complexities of personal and professional life. I also offer couples, group and parent-infant psychotherapy.
