About Us
We run a clinic in Edmonton, Alberta. Our clinicians hold Clinical Counsellor and Supervisor licences. We provide family therapy, divorce and relationship counselling, and psychological diagnostic assessments for adults and families.
Approach
We focus on guiding practical change by listening for what’s blocking daily life and relationships, then breaking that down into small, workable steps clients can try between sessions. Sessions are collaborative and paced to your comfort—sometimes reflective and slow, other times targeted with homework or communication exercises—and we check in on progress regularly. We offer appointments in Edmonton and online, and can meet in English, Hindi/Urdu or Punjabi to reduce barriers to honest conversation.
