It can be difficult to reach out for support when we find ourselves adrift in the ocean of our lives. Perhaps you've momentarily lost track of your anchor and don't know how to find your way back or maybe you've been floating on your own for as long as you remember. Your circumstances and experiences are unique, but you don't have to be alone on your journey. Reaching out for support takes courage, and it would be an honour to walk alongside you on your journey to healing and growth. Whether you’re feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or unsure of your next steps, I’m here to help you find clarity and build the tools you need to thrive.

About Me

I am an open and approachable 2nd generation Asian-Canadian who believes that therapy should feel like a true partnership. My approach is warm, collaborative, and tailored to you. I bring a evidence-based approach to therapy that includes drawing from culturally-inclusive, strength-based, trauma-informed, emotionally-focused and attachment-based modalities.

Approach

We are all striving to find safety, purpose and belonging in our lives. You don’t have to have it all figured out. You just have to take the first step. Together, we can create a space where you feel heard, understood, and empowered to make meaningful changes in your life. If you’re ready to explore what’s possible, let’s connect!
