Dr Edgard Francisco Danielsen

Psychoanalyst

Let me help you untangle the knots that keep you from verbalizing your needs and feelings. If you cannot put into words what you feel, your hopes and what you dread, you may act in ways that puzzle you or you may experience anxiety, anger and relational issues, among other afflictions.

About Me

I offer a calm, collaborative space to explore feelings you struggle to name. Many find relief in understanding actions that puzzle them. We also address anxiety, anger, or relational difficulties. Together, we can gently unravel complex emotions. This process helps you articulate what feels hard to say. You can then make sense of your inner world and find clearer paths forward.

Approach

I help you notice patterns that leave important experience unspoken and then gently shape those into clearer words and choices. Sessions in New York or by secure video, in English or Spanish, tend to balance attentive listening with thoughtful pauses so hidden feelings can surface at their own pace. Between meetings I may suggest simple reflections or questions to carry into daily life so patterns become visible outside the room; in-session observations aim to expand how you name hopes, dread, and desire. This way of working often fits adults facing anxiety, relationship shifts, or identity questions.
