About Me

I am a passionate counseling psychologist dedicated to helping people feel heard, understood, and supported. My goal is to help individuals become the best version of themselves by building on their strengths and addressing their areas of concern with warmth, empathy, and unconditional acceptance. I hold a postgraduate degree in Psychology with a specialization in Counseling from the University of Mumbai. I use an integrative therapeutic approach that supports individuals in developing self-acceptance, fostering personal growth, and enhancing their overall well-being.

Approach

Rather than following a rigid plan, I work with you to notice patterns, tune into emotions, and gently test new ways of relating in session. We focus on small experiments between meetings, gentle tracking of triggers, and using trauma-aware tools to shift self-view, calm strong feelings, and repair close bonds.
