Verified

I offer professional consultations and developmental assessments for parents looking to build respectful relationships and support their child's emotional, intellectual, or language growth. I also provide a neutral, confidential space for teenagers who want to safely discuss their personal problems, feelings, and needs.

About Me

I am a psychologist and a graduate of the Jagiellonian University in Krakow. I also completed postgraduate studies in Social Potential Management and Personnel Counselling. Later, following several years of training, I obtained a diploma in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) from Goldsmiths College, University of London. I have completed numerous courses in therapy and personal development, including Gestalt Therapy, Family Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Motivational Interviewing, Creative Visioning, Educational Kinesiology, Creative Thinking, Bioenergetics, and Dance Therapy. I am also a coach and a graduate of "The Art and Science of Coaching"—an ICF-accredited international program at Erickson College International in Vancouver, delivered by the Jagiellonian University Extension (Wszechnica UJ). My professional experience spans the fields of education and mental health. For several years, I worked at a Psychological and Pedagogical Counselling Centre as a certified teacher. My role involved the psychological diagnosis of children and adolescents, providing therapy and support, career counselling, and conducting various psychoeducational and development workshops. I also collaborated with a family doctor and ran classes at local cultural centres.

Approach

In my work, I combine skills, experience, and knowledge from various fields. I closely align with humanistic and positive psychology, which value the uniqueness, complexity, and richness of inner human nature. My passion lies in a holistic approach to the individual and their challenges, focusing on awakening one's inner potential and utilizing it in action to achieve personal aspirations and goals.
