Divya Ramasubramanian

Clinical Psychologist

I have an experience of 9 years and have worked extensively with children, adolescents, young adults. I am trained in Rational Emotive Behaviour Therapy. My aim is to give people the space to talk, help identify their goals and mutually work through their problems to function better in their lives.

About Me

I work with children, adolescents, and young adults, drawing on nine years' experience to help them navigate challenges. My aim is to offer a supportive space where you can talk openly and identify your goals. We then explore thoughts and feelings together, using practical strategies informed by Rational Emotive Behaviour Therapy. This collaborative approach suits those seeking clear ways to address problems and improve daily functioning.

Approach

Sessions move from conversation to concrete steps, where we name unhelpful beliefs and try small experiments to see what shifts. From Ahmedabad I offer online sessions in English and Hindi, keeping a steady, predictable pace so adolescents and parents know what to expect. In-session we use short exercises, thought logs and role-plays, with gentle tasks between meetings to build skills and confidence. This practical, collaborative rhythm often helps young people gain clarity and feel more able to manage daily stresses.
