Ms Divya Berry

Licensed Mental Health Counselor

I am a multi-cultural Counsellor with Person-Centered work experience. I am Gestalt-trained, working within an Integrative and Humanistic modality. My degrees in Social Psychology and Health Psychology, lends themselves to my interdisciplinary perspective. I welcome all adult clients and celebrate diversity.

About Me

I offer a space where your unique story is genuinely heard. Drawing on Person-Centred and Gestalt training, I integrate humanistic approaches to understand your world. My background in social and health psychology provides an interdisciplinary lens. This helps us explore how various life aspects connect. I welcome all adult clients, celebrating the richness diversity brings to our work together.

Approach

My sessions unfold as an open, attentive space where your cultural context and everyday pressures shape the pace and focus. Working from London, I offer in-person and online appointments in English and Hindi/Urdu, meeting you where it fits your life. We gently map patterns—relationships, chronic illness, stress or behavioural concerns—using experiential Gestalt moments, psychoeducation and practical advocacy, and experiment with small steps between sessions when helpful. People seeking clearer connection, grounded coping and collaborative, paced exploration often find this approach useful.
