Disha

Ms Disha Sampat

Psychotherapist

I am a practising psychotherapist from Pratt Institute, USA. I blend verbal counselling with arts to support mental health concerns. I believe when individuals are contained in a safe space with compassion and empathy , it uncovers layers within the self that supports in expressing themselves.

About Me

I offer a warm, safe space where compassion and empathy allow you to explore inner layers. Blending verbal Counseling with creative methods, I help you express feelings words alone might not capture. This approach is ideal if you seek gentle support to uncover your authentic self. We work together to build confidence and understanding, moving at your own pace towards greater well-being.

Approach

Conversation often loosens the edges where words stop, and I invite you to use simple art-making alongside talk to notice patterns, feelings and bodily sense. In my calm clinic in Mumbai, sessions conducted in English, Gujarati or Hindi/Urdu move at your pace—sometimes reflective silence, sometimes gentle prompts or mindfulness practices to help ground difficult material. Between sessions you may be offered small creative or reflective tasks to deepen awareness and build steady confidence. This way of working suits those seeking gentle, embodied exploration.
