Struggling with anxiety, overwhelming emotions, guilt, shame, anger, or relationships? I help adults shift the way they understand themselves and their world, regulate and manage their emotions more effectively, relate more authentically, and find greater clarity and calm through deeper self-understanding.

About Me

I am a counselor and a clinical hypnotherapist. I work with adult English speakers. My work focuses on helping people understand and manage their emotions — especially the kinds that feel messy, overwhelming, or hard to name. I work with adults who might be dealing with anxiety, anger, guilt, shame, or just a general sense that something feels “off.” I also work with individuals who are struggling with their relationships.

Approach

You are the most important person for you and it is important that you work with a counselor who is a good match for you. Ask for a 15 mins free call to see if we are a good match. If not me then I will help you find one. My approach is integrative and emotion-focused. I draw from the framework of gestalt therapy, CBT, RTT, inner child work, hypnotherapy and more — depending on what fits best. While I respect each client’s unique rhythm, my work often leads to meaningful change in a short time. Therapy doesn’t have to take years — transformation can happen quickly when you’re ready for it. Homework is an integral part of my approach, to assist you in working on thoughts and behavioral patterns and habits, such as negative thought cycles, paving the way for lasting change. No one technique fits all, and the skill to apply the right technique at the right time comes from a combination of education, practice, and passion for the science of psychology. I am consistently adding and upgrading my skill sets. Basic Information

Services

I work with adult English speakers. My work focuses on helping people understand and manage their emotions — especially the kinds that feel messy, overwhelming, or hard to name. I work with adults who might be dealing with anxiety, anger, guilt, shame, or just a general sense that something feels “off.” Many of my clients are professionals who function well on the outside but struggle with emotional tension, frustration, or self-doubt underneath. People often come to improve their relationships — with others and with themselves. Some want to feel happier. Others want to communicate better, or stop shutting down in difficult moments. Whatever brings you in, we work together in a structured and focused way — one clear issue at a time, while staying aware of the bigger picture. Clients often say they feel clearer, lighter, or more hopeful after a session. That’s the goal — not perfection, just more ease and more choice in how they respond to life. Note: Services are not covered by German public insurance
