About Me

I am a licensed psychologist, Registered Psychologist NIP® and CBT therapist in training. I was born and raised in Athens, Greece, and for the past few years, I have been living in the Netherlands. Being an expat, I understand firsthand what it means to build a life between cultures. Starting over in a new country can be exciting - but also overwhelming, lonely, and at times disorienting. This personal experience is part of what led me to create a space where you can slow down, feel understood, and reconnect with yourself.

Approach

My core framework is grounded in Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy. However, I work integratively, which means I draw from different evidence-based approaches depending on each person's needs. Above all, I prioritize creating a warm, collaborative space where you feel truly seen and supported.
