About Me

I help clients explore how early relationships influence current experiences. My practice integrates cognitive-behavioral tools with gestalt awareness. This offers insight into your present thoughts, feelings, and behaviours. We then work to identify and shift long-standing patterns. This fosters new ways of relating to yourself and others. My approach is ideal for those seeking both deeper understanding and practical strategies for daily life.

Approach

Through a developmental lens that traces early object relationships into present ways of being, therapy moves between felt experience and concrete practice to notice patterns in real time. Sessions in my Berlin office or online, in English or Turkish, are paced to your tolerance—grounded, focused, and collaborative—so we alternate short experiential experiments with cognitive restructuring and somatic noticing. Between meetings I offer small, doable practices to test new responses. People facing anxiety, trauma, relationship strains or major life shifts often find this practical-attuned way helpful.
